We've optimized our product for Google Chrome. Although similar browsers may work, we recommend using Chrome for the best performance and features.
Known Browser Issues
Modern browsers with memory and power-saving features can cause issues with our product. Check this article for a known issue with Chrome.
Desktop System Requirements
OpenMethods does not specify desktop system (workstation) requirements (memory, processing, and operating system) and bandwidth requirements. Most of those requirements rely on the particular Contact Center & CRM integration. Since OpenMethods integrates with them, OpenMethods inherits their specifications at the minimum.

OpenMethods has been thoroughly tested through release version 24C and is compatible with Oracle:

Zendesk Compatibility
We maintain compatibility with the most recent Zendesk API and Platform Set.
“Voice” Integration Compatibility
OpenMethods can integrate with various contact center platforms, such as telephony, voice, ACD, routing, and contact center solutions, to facilitate CRM automation and data transfer into the CRM.
With the introduction of OpenConnect, OpenMethods now supports connections to any voice platform. The platform must be able to establish Ingress and Egress API connections. For more details, please refer to OpenConnect & OpenConnect via Help Center.
